SikaTop Seal-107 is a two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproofing and protective slurry mortar ideal for application on concrete surfaces. It is designed to improve the watertightness of water-containing structures such as tanks, reservoirs, and clearwells. This product offers excellent protection against water penetration while remaining breathable, allowing water vapor to escape. With outstanding freeze/thaw resistance and good adhesion to prepared substrates, SikaTop Seal-107 is versatile for both interior and exterior applications. Its slightly flexible nature allows it to tolerate fine cracks, making it suitable for a wide range of construction projects. Available in concrete gray and off-white, it can be mixed to a slurry or trowelable consistency. Approved for potable water contact, it enhances the appearance of concrete and masonry structures.
